Our goal is to instill hope by giving caregivers permission to share their thoughts and feelings in a safe and nurturing place. A judgment-free space where caregivers can be their most authentic selves, confessing their truths without shame or fear of rejection. Come as you are and leave with a toolbox of resources, to meet the needs of those you serve and yourself. Welcomed and embraced into the Sisterhood of Care.
