Learners must keep the following documentation:

date(s) of attendance or completion
If your chosen activities do not provide this documentation, you may use the Verification of Attendance Form [PDF] to keep track of the hours.
Your professional development should reflect your selection of acceptable activities and be documented using reporting units called professional development hours (PDHs), formerly certification maintenance hours (CMHs).
